We are excited to welcome Blood Ponies, Hexa, and Parker Meridien to the Sunshine Sound Collective! The collective is a loose affiliation of musicians doing something a little different in the San Diego music scene. From doing the podcast, I hear from just about every musician that they struggle with marketing and reaching their audience, so our hope is that we can use this platform to highlight experimental artists. As a nonprofit, we value creativity over record sales, and if we can do anything to promote music for the sake of music, innovation, and originality, we’re doing something right.
